The 8th Red Light Award was announced in Shenzhen in 2025, with Han's Laser winning the Laser Industrial Equipment Innovation Award!

On the evening of 4 June, the 2025 8th China Laser Industry Innovation Contribution Award (hereinafter referred to as the Red Light Award) ceremony was successfully held. Industry experts, industry leaders, review experts, award-winning organisations, and well-known media outlets gathered together to celebrate this grand event.

Since its restructuring and upgrade in 2019, the LMN World Laser Manufacturing Conference has successfully held five editions, garnering widespread attention and high recognition globally. This conference, themed ‘Empowering Intelligent Manufacturing | Illuminating the Future,’ brings together the top talents in China's laser industry, offering new insights and opportunities for the industry's future development. As one of the diverse concurrent events of LMN 2025,the ‘Red Light Award’ and China Laser Industry Innovation Contribution Award Ceremony aims to honour companies and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to laser technology innovation, product development, and industrialisation, thereby guiding the industry's innovation trends.

The annual ‘Red Light Award’ in the laser industry is regarded as a benchmark for the industry, a symbol of new technological trends, and a barometer for the industry. In recent years, it has witnessed the technological innovation and industrial development of China's laser industry. This year's ‘Red Light Award’ attracted the active participation of outstanding enterprises from all sectors of the laser industry chain. In addition to well-known domestic and international laser companies participating in the competition, many new brands also registered, and several universities, including Shenzhen University, Shenzhen University of Technology, and Shenzhen City Vocational College, participated in the selection process.

After rigorous preliminary evaluation by the organising committee, 105 companies have successfully made it to the shortlist for the 8th Red Light Award in 2025, with a total of 142 projects submitted. Han’s Laser and several of its subsidiaries have made it to the shortlist for multiple awards in the 8th Red Light Award with their innovative products, further demonstrating the company's core strengths.

The Red Light Award is committed to becoming the premier award in the field of laser products and technology in China, serving as a benchmark for technological upgrades and product innovation in the laser industry. The selection process aims to identify and discover new products and technologies that demonstrate originality, innovation, leadership, and benchmarking, and to recognise and reward representative enterprises that have made outstanding contributions to the development of the laser industry.

Since its launch, the 8th ‘Red Light Award’ selection has attracted widespread attention, drawing participation from outstanding enterprises across the entire laser industry chain. After undergoing rigorous evaluations, including expert reviews, public voting, and comprehensive scoring by the judging panel, Han's Laser secured the 8th ‘Red Light Award’ ‘ Laser Industrial Equipment Innovation Award. Additionally, its subsidiary, Shenzhen Han's Laser Guangju Technology Co., Ltd., won the 8th ’Red Light Award" Laser Processing Head Innovation Award for its fourth-generation RC304 three-dimensional five-axis cutting head. This further demonstrates the industry's recognition of Han's Laser's comprehensive strength, brand cohesion, and future development potential.
